김현숙연세대학교에서 교육학과(학사)와 연합신학대학원(석사)을 졸업하고 미국 프린스턴 신학대학원(Princeton Theological Seminary)에서 M.A.와 Ph.D.를 취득하였다. 현재 연세대학교 연합신학대학원 기독교교육학 교수로 재직하고 있으며, 한국기독 교교육학회 수석부회장을 맡고 있다. 저서로는 The Future of Protestant Religious Education in an Age of Globalization (공 저 Waxmann, 2018)과 『탈인습성과 기독교교육』 등이 있으며, “Moving Beyond the Clerical Paradigm: Practical Theology in the Korean Context (2022),” “Beyond Doubt and Uncertainty: Religious Education for a Post-Covid-19 World (2021),” “Seeking Critical Hope in a Global Age: Religious Education in a Global Perspective (2015),” “Multicultural Religious Education in a Trinitarian Perspective (2012)” 외 다수의 논문이 있다. 대표작
