조엘 우드노(Joel Wuthnow)

미국 국방대학교 국가전략연구소(INSS) 중국군사연구소(CSCMA) 수석연구원이다. 조지타운대학교 왈시 외교학교(Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service) 겸임교수, CNA(Center for Naval Analyses) 중국 분석원, 프린스턴대학교에서 중국 및 세계 프로그램 박사후 연구원, 브루킹스연구소(Brookings Institution)에서 박사전 연구원을 역임했다. 프린스턴대학교를 공공사무/국제사무 전공으로 수석졸업하고 옥스퍼드대학교에서 현대중국학 석사를, 컬럼비아대학교에서 정치학 박사를 취득했다.
