시스미식(Jugneegiin Shishmishig)몽골법학원(Legal Academy of Mongolia)의 원장이다. 1972년 모스크바 국제관계연구소(Moscow State Institute for International Relations)에서 박사학위를 받았고 그해 외교통상부에서 근무하기 시작했다. 1997년 변호사 자격을 취득한 이래 몽골변호사협회 회원이다. 2009년부터 2013년까지 주한몽골대사관에서 무역투자참사관으로 근무했으며, 경제 및 무역, 비즈니스 관련 법적 문제, 투자 등의 업무를 담당하였다. 체제전환기 몽골의 시장과 민주주의, 지정학에 관한 연구를 하고 있다. 관련한 국제학술회의 발표 논문으로 “National Security and Two Neighbors”(2016), “The Constitu-tion of Mongolia of 1992 and the National Security Issues”(2017), “Competitiveness, Investment Issues, and Economic Security Policy and Legal Envir onment of Mon-golia”(2016), “National Standardized Test Workbook”(2018), “The United Nations Regulations(published in 6 languages)”(2018) 등이 있고, 편저로 Attorney’s Material(2018)이 있다. 대표작
