소개 :	미국 인디애나주 볼 주립대학을 졸업하고, 1969년 만화가 탐라이언의 조수로 입문했다. 1978년 41개 신문에 <가필드>(Garfield)를 연재하기 시작했으며, 에미상 만화부문 최고 만화작가상을 3회 수상했다. 현재 전 세계 2,600여개 신문에 <가필드>(Garfield)를 연재 중이다.

소개 :	올랜도그레이스교회(Orlando Grace Church) 목사로 사역하고 있다. 올랜도에 있는 리폼드신학교(Reformed Theological Seminary)에서 목회학(M. Div.)을 공부했다. 〈가스펠 코얼리션〉(TGC) 팟캐스트인 〈애즈 인 헤븐〉(As in Heaven)을 진행하고 있으며, 기독교 여러 유력 매체에 글을 기고하고 있다.
